It’s almost the weekend – hurrah hurrah etc., so it’s time for everyne to start wasting time at their desks while pretending to work whenever the boss walks past.
Today, instead of doing any form of work, we’ve been coming up with bands as rugby words in celebration of the fact that England are going to win the World Cup again.
Here’s a few we’ve come up with. Reckon you can do better? Post your own efforts below and ping the blog URL to your mates to get them involved.
The Scrumble Strips
Fly Half Man Half Biscuit
The Icarus Line Out
The All Black Lips
Hard-Try
Drop Goal Kick Murphys
Scrum Capdown
The Sprinkbockser Rebellion
The Will Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds Festivals (not a band, but can’t leave that one out)
Mike Cat Power
Radio Tight Head
Mike Cauliflower Ears Pops
Holy Ruck
Go on then, see if you can do better. Post a comment below and get involved.
