Bon Iver plays second set of Glastonbury 2009
Having 'enjoyed the view' from The Park, Justin Vernon plays Other Stage
Having played the Park Stage the night before, during which he praised the view of the site from the outlying Glastonbury stage, the singer-songwriter and his band got into the thick of it playing the festival's Other Stage.
Taking the stage just as the sun was setting, Bon Iver's set provided a mellow pause in the day's proceedings, as it followed frantic sets by Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Bat For Lashes, and came ahead of The Prodigy who are expected to headline in typically boisterous fashion later.
For parts of the set Justin Vernon performed the likes of 'Flume' solo, while the show ended in touching fashion with the crowd providing touching backing vocals to 'The Wolves'.
Bon Iver played:
'Creature Fear'
'Lump Sum'
'Skinny Love'
'Brackett, WI'
'Beach Baby'
'Blood Bank'
'Flume'
'For Emma'
'The Wolves'
