Brand New make unreleased song available as download

Brand New have made a new song available as a download.

’(Fork and Knife)’ is available on iTunes and will not be part of any other release.

It was recorded during the sessions for the group's last album, 2006’s ’The Devil And God Are Raging Inside Me’.

In a statement, the band said: “This is easily one of our favorite Brand New tracks here at HQ, and has been echoing through our halls since last November.

"You may know of this song as ‘Untitled #7’ or ‘Piano Song’ from the leaked demos."

They added: “To our knowledge, it's only been played once live [at Starland Ballroom last year]. It was produced by Mike Sapone and written by Accardi/Lacey.

"The lyrics are slightly different than the demo and there is a beautiful bridge that was not included in the previous version. You'll see. We really hope that you enjoy the song as much as we do.”
