Your 10:30am gossip stop: Paul Weller and Radiohead's Thom Yorke go shopping

Welcome to the Daily Ligger, your morning stop-off to find out who’s been doing what in the world of indie and rock.

Down in Cardiff at The Proclaimers’ gig at the St David’s Hall venue, Dr Who himself, David Tennant (pictured with his second favourite band Kaiser Chiefs), was spotted enjoying the music - and he didn’t even leave after ‘I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)’.

Next we spotted Radiohead’s Thom Yorke casually strolling around Barcelona, stopping in the El Born district to do a bit of window shopping.

Back in London, Paul Weller was also on a shopping spree as he was seen mulling over the posh toilet paper brands in Selfridges on Oxford Street.

Meanwhile, Sting was spied reading the 'Dandy' comic in London’s Waterlow Park.

Finally, Kele Okereke of Bloc Party and Morgan of Does It Offend You Yeah? were seen checking out Les Savy Fav at London’s Scala.

Check back tomorrow morning at 10.30am for the next Daily Ligger. E-mail your own Ligger spots to news@nme.com.
