Federal agents seize Death Cab guitarist's hard drive
Chris Walla's solo album files gets nabbed
The hard drive contained the master tracks for Walla's debut solo album 'Field Manual', due out on January 29 in the US via Barsuk Records.
"I don't know what red flag could possibly have gone up at the border - it's so baffling to me," Walla told the Associated Press.
The hard drive was on its way to Barsuk Records in Seattle to meet the production schedule when it was seized by agents at the Peace Arch border crossing.
After examining the contents of the hard drive, Immigration And Customs Enforcement forensics experts decided it could be released.
