Michael Jackson's 'cancer treatment' to scupper London gigs? – Tabloid Hell

Newspaper claims treatment may delay more shows

Michael Jackson's forthcoming residency at the London O2 Arena may be delayed further due to the singer undergoing treatment for skin cancer – if the UK tabloid press is to be believed.

According to The Sun, the singer may have to undergo radiotherapy for the condition - which may mean that the gigs get pushed back further.

Jackson's has already delayed the start of the residency from July 8 to July 13, citing production issues.

Despite the tabloid's claims about Jackson's condition, his spokesperson has denied that there is anything wrong with him. "He is in great health," the spokesperson claimed.

The newspaper claims that the singer has to choose between treatment to remove his skin layer by layer, allowing him to fulfil tour commitments, or more debilitating radiotherapy.
