Unique Crisis track be performed live

The supergroup who recorded the Consequences-based track for charity Crisis earlier this month are set to perform an exclusive one off gig.

Graham Coxon, Supergrass, BabyshamblesDrew McConnell and members of New Young Pony Club are among those set to perform.

Tickets for the gig, set to be held at London’s Roundhouse from 1pm on March 2, go on sale today (November 28).

As previously reported, the track is based on the idea of the game Consequences – during recording (which began on November 5) each musician had no idea what the previous performers had done bar a simple chord sequence.

NME.COM ran a daily blog from the studio over the course of the week of recording, featuring contributions from Graham Coxon, Tom Clarke from The Enemy, Supergrass' Danny Goffey and Gaz Coombes and superproducer Paul Epworth - click on the name to read their blog.

Other artists involved include The SmithsAndy Rourke, Ed Harcourt and The Noisettes.

Beth Ditto and Paul Weller also took part in the recording of the supergroup’s track but it is as yet unconfirmed whether they will appear at the Roundhouse gig.

For more information on Consequences Live, go to crisisconsequences.com – all proceeds will go to the charity.
