Alpine music festival takes shape
NME to host a stage at Snowbombing 2007
NME.COM is to host the Live Stage at this year’s Snowbombing event in Austria.
Snowbombing 2007, features 13 venues and arenas, and takes place between April 9 and 15 in Mayrhofen in Austria.
Acts confirmed to perform at the event include Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, The Young Knives, The Long Blondes, Just Jack, The Sunshine Underground and The Rumble Strips.
Announcing the new stage, NME.COM editor Ben Perreau said: “I’m delighted that NME is bringing the best in indie music to the slopes of Mayrhofen – it's sure to be a snow-fuelled music fest and we can’t wait to bring music lovers all the latest music news on NME.COM."
