Strokes' Julian Casablancas announces extra London gig and ticket details

Frontman set for two HMV Forum shows

The Strokes' Julian Casablancas has announced a new date on his debut solo tour, which is set to hit the UK in December.

Casablancas, whose solo album 'Phrazes For The Young' was released on Monday (November 2), will play an additional date at London's HMV Forum on December 15. Tickets are on sale now.

Manchester Ritz (December 11)
Glasgow ABC (12)
Dublin Academy (14)
London Forum (15, 16)

Casablancas has also announced he is to release a Christmas single, telling NME.COM that the track – 'I Wish It Was Christmas Today' – was "a fun thing to do".
