The Subways cancel London shows
Illness forces band to axe dates
The Subways have been forced to cancel their sold-out shows at London's Shepherds Bush Empire due to illness.
The band were due to play the venue tonight and tomorrow (April 11-12) but frontman Billy Lunn has lost his voice.
The Subways' show in Bristol last Sunday (April 9) was also cancelled, but it was hoped that Lunn would recover in time to play the London dates.
Tickets for all three shows will be rearranged, with dates to be announced as they're confirmed. All original tickets will remain valid for the new dates.
