NME.COM has video from the opening night of the band's world tour

U2 kicked off their world tour last month (June 30), and NME.COM has some exclusive footage of the band's opening night.

The band kicked off the show at Barcelona's Nou Camp stadium, even including a small Michael Jackson cover in their set.

Wow, are there people out there that still get excited about a U2 gig? I would have thought the 300 U2 concert DVD's out there would have quenched their thirst
