Indie veterans plot return with first new music since 1999
The Cardiacs are set to return with new material and a series of UK dates.
The band plan to release their first studio album since 1999’s ’Guns’ early next year, but will kick things off with their new single, ’Ditzy Scene’, on November 5.
The band will then hit the road, playing the following dates:
